Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) for Swades Villas
It is mandatory for every guest (above 18 years of age) to present a valid government-approved photo ID proof at the time of check-in.
We accept original copies of Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, or Passport.
Note: PAN Card and photocopies/soft copies of IDs are generally not accepted as valid proof for check-in.
Yes, foreign nationals are required to present their original Passport and valid Visa at the time of check-in.
Each villa has different capacities ranging from 20 to 40 guests. The standard booking charges cover up to 12 guests only.
The charge for each extra guest, above the initial 12 included guests, is ₹500/- per person.
Veg Plan: ₹900 per person, per day.
Non-Veg Plan: ₹1,200 per person, per day.
Yes, meal charges apply for children 5 years of age and above (at the same adult rate). A simple age proof is requested for fair billing.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
1. Any time after booking: 25% charge.
2.30 to 16 days before arrival: 35% charge.
3. Within 15 days of arrival: 100% charge (no refund).
Note: Date changes are treated as a cancellation, and standard cancellation charges apply.

A refundable Security Deposit of ₹5,000 is collected at check-in. It is returned at check-out, pending a quick inspection for any accidental damage.
Yes, a dedicated cook is available on-site to serve delicious, homemade meals.
Yes, the full-day meal plan is mandatory for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday bookings.
The swimming pool is accessible until 9:00 PM (Evening).
The volume must be lowered after 11:00 PM. Inside the villa, music can be enjoyed at a low volume after this time.
Smoking is permitted only in the designated outside lobby areas. Smoking is strictly NOT allowed inside the villa rooms or common areas.
